Refund policy

We have a 5-day return and refund policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at theyashnastore@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns must be shipped back to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned:

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the product you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
